Zoe Weinberg is running to be your new Representative-at-Large on CUSG. Zoe is a sophomore transferring into the business school to pursue a degree in finance. In her free time she is an avid skier and loves to spend time with her friends.

Zoe was originally born in Frankfurt, Germany, and later grew up in Fenton, Michigan. Although she is relatively new to Colorado, she is excited to make a positive impact in her new home in the CU Boulder community. She lives by the maxim, “If not me then who? If not now then when?” This approach to life drives her to put the maximum energy and effort into improving the community and environment.

Since she is a seasoned traveler, Zoe brings an international perspective into her involvement with school, her sorority, and to others; she always seeks to understand the position and perspective of the other person before making judgements. She has held many jobs throughout high school and college including waiting tables, carrying golf bags, delivering food, and providing child care. She believes that all of her work experience has resulted in developing trustworthiness, responsibility, and charisma.

Along with her running mates, Zoe is very passionate about the Progress ticket’s platform pillars of accountability and accessibility. She understands from first-hand experience how important it is to provide everyone with a safe and inclusive campus. Students who do not feel safe on campus will fail to meet their potential as scholars and leaders. Additionally, she believes that they cannot fully participate in campus life. Zoe promises to work tirelessly to build off of the safety efforts already in place and advocate for additional safety practices. The Progress ticket will hold themselves accountable to fight for a sustainable campus, both economically and environmentally.

The Progress ticket is comprised of leaders that strive to hold CU accountable and create a campus that is as accessible as possible for all students. Vote Progress!
