Director of Diversity and Inclusion
The Director of Diversity and Inclusion acts as the primary liaison between CUSG and underrepresented student groups on campus. This position regularly works with student organizations, campus administration, and the CUSG Executives to ensure that all student perspectives are included in the decision making processes. An effective Director of Diversity and Inclusion is exceptionally articulate, open minded and capable of with working people from all backgrounds. The director should be culturally competent and passionate about advocating for underrepresented students. All CUSG directors must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and possess first-rate interpersonal skills; the success of Student Government relies on your leadership, willingness to work with others and above all, a passion for improving CU.
